What is Mohakash Store? A Bangladeshi multivendor marketplace — many independent vendors sell through one shared storefront, so you can buy from several of them in a single cart and checkout.

Is it safe to buy from vendors I don't know? Vendors go through an admin approval process before they can list products, and every order is Cash on Delivery, so you inspect what you're paying for before handing over any money.

Do I need an account to shop? No — you can browse and check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you save addresses and see your order history in one place.

Orders & Delivery

What areas do you deliver to? Anywhere in Bangladesh — delivery charges differ for inside vs. outside Dhaka, shown at checkout before you confirm.

How long does delivery take? This varies by vendor and location; check your order's tracking status from your account or the Track Order page for the latest update.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? See our Returns and Refunds policy — you're covered.

Can I track an order without an account? Yes, use Track Order with your order number and phone number.

Selling

How much does it cost to become a vendor? There's no signup fee — Mohakash Store takes a commission only on what you actually sell.

How do I get started? Register as a vendor, submit your store details, and an admin will review your application.
