Mohakash Store ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operates mohakash.store, an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent third-party vendors ("Vendors"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
Order and delivery information: shipping address, phone number, and order contents, shared with the relevant Vendor(s) so they can fulfil your order.
Payment information: orders are currently paid via Cash on Delivery, so we do not collect or store card numbers or other payment card data.
Vendor information: if you register as a Vendor, we additionally collect your store details and payout account information (bank or mobile financial service account details) to pay out your earnings.
Usage information: pages visited, searches, and similar activity on the Platform, to improve our service.
2A. Signing In With Google
If you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in or register, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us, solely so we can:
Create and authenticate your Mohakash Store account without you having to choose a separate password.
Pre-fill your name and email on your account so you don't have to type them in manually.
We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, calendar, or any other Google data, and we do not post to your Google account or share your Google data with any third party. You can revoke Mohakash Store's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
3. How We Use Your Information
To process and fulfil your orders, including sharing necessary delivery details with the Vendor(s) whose products you purchased.
To communicate with you about orders, account activity, and support requests.
To pay out Vendors for completed sales.
To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, including preventing fraud and abuse.
To improve our products, services, and user experience.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share the minimum information necessary with:
Vendors, so they can prepare and ship your order.
Delivery/courier partners, so they can deliver your order and collect payment on delivery.
Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. email delivery).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
